Our selection process for each security guard job is unique. It includes an opportunity for you to learn more about the company you’d be protecting and decide if you’d like to join the list of applicants. Only the applicants who are both interested and a good fit for the job are submitted to the client for approval.
That means any site you’re approved to work will be more likely to match your personality and experience.
Plus, because our team members are important to us, we offer benefits and pay armed guards a minimum of $17 per hour.
What Are the Requirements?
Experience and personality. Because we pay well and offer benefits we set a high bar for all security guard job applicants. In addition to these two crucial aspects, we require all security officers to have the following items:
- Baton Certification
- Pepper Spray Certification
- Black Polish-able Boots
- Black Tactical Pants or Black Slacks
- Duty gear including:
- Level 3 Holster
- Approved Firearm
- Duty Belt
- Pepper Spray
- Baton
